About My Practice

I’ve been practicing yoga for ten years and instructoring since 2011. I believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide my teaching and practice, which is focused on helping my students better connect to themselves and with their surroundings. I offer classes and private sessions, as well as nutritional advice to help my clients achieve healthier bodies and minds.

About Me

My Story

I am an inspired and spirited yoga teacher who loves living in the prairies. I began practicing yoga about 10 years ago and fell in love with it. I am trained in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga and also have a background in dance. My classes are energetic, playful and will get you flowing, but will also bring a focus to one of the most important aspects of yoga - the breath. Yoga is not just about the physical practice, but about uniting the whole body, mind and soul and the breathe is a great tool to bring it all together.


Some amazing teachers have guided me and I follow the advice of a teacher of mine: ""always be a student". My first training was a 200-hour Ashtanga training completed in Goa, India. I also completed the YYoga 200 hour Teacher Training in March 2012 and completed in May a 200 hour Sivatantra Teacher Training. I also plan to continue on with more so I can grow my practice and encourage my students to do the same.


I truly have a huge passion for yoga and believe that I posses a talent for sharing my experiences and encouraging others to grow through the practice of yoga.

Tantra, Art, & Shamanism is a workshop unlike any other. It challenges us to leave ordinary ways of thinking and acting, and enter into the extraordinary. It teaches us to laugh at ourselves, connect with our inner child, slow down and observe, challenge and set our boundaries, and gain insight into ourselves. Expect anything from dancing, singing, child’s play, massage, and so much more.

2 Hour Yoga Immersion

You're Invited! To the 2 hour collaborative flow with Jaclyn Chestley and Lorna Parashin with hands on assists. Stay longer, go deeper. We will dive into some unfamiliar poses with playful transitioning, touch the breath in new territories, meditate, and speak yoga philosophy.



Sunday Nov. 5th in the upstairs studios A and B.

Class Descriptions

Yoga in the Park: Getting back into nature in this sweet, gentle flow. 45 mins of breathe work and movement to reconnect to our inner selves. Sunshine or shade! All levels welcome.

Yin/Yang & Gentle Flow:  A balance between more gentle stretching postures and active, heat building postures. Usually focused around a theme. All levels welcome. 

Vinyasa Flow: A more dynamic class linking movement and breathe. Get ready to move, sweat, and breathe! 

Power Flow: A challenging and energetic class arranged to strengthen, deepen and explore new spaces in body and mind. Opportunities for arm balances and inversions, lets play!

Hot Core:  Sequences designed with awareness to the 3rd Chakra (Manipura), not just to create a stronger mid body but to create a overall connection back to your center. 

Hot Detox: "The cure for anything is salt water. Sweat, tears or the sea." ~Isak Dinesen

Here we are going to use sweat! A more vigorous class with incorporated breathe work to cleanse the body and focus the mind.

Yoga is more than a practice to become stronger, flexible and more spacious in our bodies, it is a practice that takes us deeper into self discovery and awareness. Little by little we start to find this deeper connection to not just ourselves, but to everything else around us. Universal and Self. It guides us through our journey of self discovery leading to our Dharma, our true purpose.
